Shipping Policy

• Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Processing & Transit Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

30-Day Warranty & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every order is covered by our 30-Day Warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original conditio including all included accessories or hardware.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and providing a valid tracking number for the return shipment.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately with a description and photos/videos of the issue. We will replace or repair the item under our 30-day warranty at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will provide you with the proper return address and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with your preferred carrier (we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service).

4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.
